Sales of new trucks reached last September to 1,314 units, reflecting a decrease of 17 percent over the same month last year, which was much lower percentage with respect to previous months, said on Wednesday the National Association of Automotive of Chile (ANAC).

“We would be viewing the beginning of the end of the economic crisis, as it keeps shrinking, but still the slight but steady signs of recovery in industry sales,” said the ANAC.
Revenues for this market to reach 5402 points, while business figures came to 392 million dollars.
Finally, the agency said that this scenario “confirms that sales will exceed the projected figures of 6,000 units, up to an amount of about 7000.”
